Once deleted you will be reveverted  back to Photo Channel 1.0. Also you are now able to send a gift in the Virtual Console to a friend as a gift. However it’s Region locked so you can’t send or receive gifts from your Euro or your Asian buddies. However while I haven’t tried it. You may be able to send a VC gift to a friend in another region by changing your consoles region. Much like the glitch to buy foreign VC games. This may or may not work, try at your own risk. I don’t know if Nintendo fixed the region coding by changing your console settings.
