Seems like everyone and their cousins are talking about the future mega-hit Super Smash Bros Brawl’s roster these days. The folks over at GameOnNintendo.com somehow managed to get some screenshots of the entire roster. Rumor or not, the screen shows 44 playable characters.

Thats right looks like the rumors of Zelda’s down B are indeed true and Sheik is back.

Sheik has never looked better. Not only graphically but also she has a much better look and flare to her. The new revamped sheik will be fighting in the brawl on March 9th 2008. Yea it looks like those delay rumors are indeed true…. it completely sucks but maybe the extra month could be worth it.

In an attempt to possibly to distract us all from the unwelcome news that the highly anticipated Super Smash Bros Brawl will be delayed again until March 9, we are presented with new screenshots of new levels taken from Olimar’s world of Pikmin now called “Distant Planet.”

I remember back when I was a kid and Melee came out. My friend Daniel and I always would talk about super hidden secrets in Melee ever since the sonic and tails hoax happened by game informer as an Aprils fools day joke. We always figured Meta Knight, King Dedede, and Captain Olimar would make an appearance one day. Though all in the sequel is quite bizarre; perhaps we are a little… physic hehehe.

On a side note today Snakes final smash was updated and it definitely looks like an interesting one.

“Well, I really do love Super Smash Brothers. It’s a great series…but, Nintendo hasn’t asked me yet if they can use Mega Man in their game. I’m still waiting…we have a little bit of time left, it’s not coming out for another few months. They might get around to asking us if we’d like to put Mega Man in Super Smash Brothers. Maybe if somebody from Nintendo is listening to this podcast, they’ll give me a call.” - Keiji Inafune

The following statement was made during a Q&A session the latest Bionic Commando podcast by Keiji Inafune. He tells us that Nintendo has not approached him for Mega Man to be in brawl, however he said there is still time and he is still waiting. It sounds like he wants Mega Man in Brawl. I only wished I could get the e-mail address from Nintendo so I can tell them how much people want Mega Man in Brawl. Another honorable mention who should be added to Brawl and would be a great addition is Simon Belmont from the Castlevania series by Konami.
